Delivery time / availability of goods

On the description page of each product in our store, we publish information about the status of our stock, broken down by stationary stores, and the expected shipping time for an order for a given product. It usually ranges from 24 hours to several days.

In other cases, there is corresponding information on the product page (see below).



Shipping date

We determine the shipping date of an order based on our inventory, expected deliveries, the inventory levels of our suppliers and also information obtained from distributors and manufacturers. Despite our best efforts to present reliable information on shipping dates, due to the multitude and quality of factors (inaccurate information, technical errors, logistical obstacles, etc.) that affect this information, it is possible to both shorten and lengthen the lead time. Our consultants will inform you of the possibly prolonged lead time.



Updating stock information

We have equipped our store with the function of updating information about the status of our commercial warehouse. We update the information several times during the working day. We mark the products that we have in stock at any given time with the information "We ship in: 24 hours". We mark the remaining goods according to the information we have from our suppliers.

Keep in mind that between the times we update our inventory information, we make sales and customers place new orders. There is some probability that you may order a product that several customers ordered moments earlier which depleted the stock. This happens rarely, but it can happen. Information about the presence of the ordered product in stock will be given by the consultant usually at the time of order confirmation.



What should you keep in mind?

Realization of the order starts from the moment the payment is credited between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Failure to contact the customer about his order may prolong the processing time.

Orders placed at night and on holidays reserve goods in stock only when payment is posted.

Provided estimated shipping time of an order for a product is not part of an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

Couriers are employees of courier companies that cooperate with Eurofrance.pl. We have no direct influence on the quality of work of individual couriers, we can only file complaints about delays due to the fault of couriers through the route provided for in the contract between us and the courier company.



Explanation of lead time designations

1 business day Goods in stock. Can be shipped in 24 hours. Order placed on the same day by 1:00 pm on business days, will be shipped the same day.

2 business days Out of stock in our warehouse. We import it in 1 business day. It will be shipped on the next business day.
