Credit card

After selecting credit card as your payment method, press the "Buy" button. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can select your credit card type. Then enter the correct card details and confirm the payment. The money will be charged to your credit card after you place your order.

Stripe

After placing an order on our website, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment system. On the payment page of the Stripe system you can choose one of the available forms of payment such as Credit Card, Przelewy24.

PayPal

After placing an order on our website, you will be redirected to PayPal payment system. Log in to the system with your login and password and make your payment. A PayPal account is required to make a PayPal payment.

Delivery

Delivery to Poland

Prices listed on product pages include statutory VAT along with other price components.

Delivery is carried out through companies: DPD, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Raben.

Delivery cost depends on the total weight of the order. The entire order is sent in one shipment and the customer bears one delivery cost.

Delivery time

The delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery method. We consider the delivery time to be the time from the moment our store sends the parcel to the moment the addressee receives the parcel. The delivery time is not equivalent to the order processing time!

When the customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is calculated from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or checking account.

For 90% of shipments sent, the delivery time is 1 business day. That is, on the second working day after the day on which we sent the shipment, you should expect the arrival of the courier.

Unfortunately, these 10% are cases when the courier company fails to properly fulfill its obligations due to various reasons such as the breakdown of the delivery vehicle, massive traffic jams on the roads, severe weather conditions, accidents, oversights and human errors, as well as the absence of the addressee at the delivery address.

That's why it's worth checking the delivery status on the courier company's website. By entering the tracking number obtained from us, you can get more information about the shipment. You can also track shipments on the courier companies' websites. Additional information will be provided by the dispatcher at the courier company, which is worth contacting by phone.
